CST uses light touch to examine movement of fluids in and around the central nervous system. CST is thought to relieve compression in the head, neck, and back and help to restore cranial mobility and ease or release restrictions of the head, neck, and nerves. CST helps to treat anxiety, depression, migraines and/or headaches, neck and back pain, stress and tension.
